Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ClanScope (iOS bundle and Android package com.inbee.clanscope), published by INBEE, handles information. Contact: inbeevnmobile@gmail.com.
Summary
- ClanScope has no sign-up and no user accounts.
- Players and clans you follow, recent searches, cached game data, theme, and language stay on your device.
- The app uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Branch. These services receive limited technical data as described below.
- Game data is requested from the official Clash of Clans API through our server. That server sees your IP address and the player or clan tags you look up.
Information stored on your device
Followed player and clan tags with their names and summary stats, which account you marked as yours, recent searches, a cache of API responses for offline viewing, theme, and language. This data is not uploaded to us. You can delete it in Settings → Data, or by uninstalling the app.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy, for example Google and Branch.
Account verification token
If you use "Verify ownership", the one-time API token from the game is sent once through our proxy to the official API to check it. It is not logged or stored, and the verified status is saved only on your device.
Android permissions
- Internet and network state — load game data.
ClanScope does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo access.
Children
ClanScope is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of Google Play's Designed for Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Retention and deletion
On-device data stays until you clear it in Settings → Data or uninstall the app. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google according to Firebase settings (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics). To request deletion of analytics or crash data linked to your device, email inbeevnmobile@gmail.com.
Security
All network requests use HTTPS. The Supercell API key is stored as a server-side secret and never shipped in the app.
Changes
We will update this page when the app's data practices change and revise the date above.
